Return & Replacement Policy

Products can be returned only within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.

• Return request is made within the specified time frame mentioned at the time of placing the order.
• Product should be in original condition.
• Parts & Products once fitted would not be accepted for returns.
• For certain types of defects reported we may require a document from the brand/OEM's service centre confirming that the delivered item was defective.
• Parts to be returned with the original packing, warranty guarantee cards & invoice.
• Items sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually.
• Refurbished and unboxed items can only be returned and not replaced.
• Refund or replacement will be initiated once we receive your item and pass it through the necessary quality checks as per the standard time frame of the manufacturer.
• Only a product will be refunded & no currency settlement.

• Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it.
• Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
• Anything missing from the package you has received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
• Bulbs, Horns and other Electrical Items.
• Consumables.
• Fragile items.
• OEM Products.
• Fluids & Accessories (perfumes, Idols, Safety Kit, Shampoo, Polish).
• Gift Vouchers if any are not refundable.

If you're facing any issues with a product purchased on CarSpoc due to manufacturing defect, we shall help you by verifying and trying to resolve your product issue as part of the return verification process. The Issue resolution steps may be shared with you as self-help, or with assistance over call or a partner personnel may visit your place.

Refund Policy

Your refund will be initiated by us within 2 business days of receiving the returned product along with the refund request and authorization of the refund.

Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks and payment gateways.

Mode of Refund

We will initiate refund to the following modes once your item is received by us.

* Some partners may offer you the option to pay with a credit/debit card upon delivery/pickup. Refunds for such payments will be via NEFT transfer to your bank account.

Cancellation requests can be raised at any time before the shipping of the order. Once the order is cancelled, we will refund your entire prepaid amount as per our mode of refund. Once the cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed on priority.
