Return & Replacement Policy
Products can be returned only within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Conditions of Return:If you're facing any issues with a product purchased on CarSpoc due to manufacturing defect, we shall help you by verifying and trying to resolve your product issue as part of the return verification process. The Issue resolution steps may be shared with you as self-help, or with assistance over call or a partner personnel may visit your place.
Refund Policy
Your refund will be initiated by us within 2 business days of receiving the returned product along with the refund request and authorization of the refund.
Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks and payment gateways.

* Some partners may offer you the option to pay with a credit/debit card upon delivery/pickup. Refunds for such payments will be via NEFT transfer to your bank account.
Cancellation PolicyCancellation requests can be raised at any time before the shipping of the order. Once the order is cancelled, we will refund your entire prepaid amount as per our mode of refund. Once the cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed on priority.
Note: Complete order needs to be cancelled. We do not accept Partial order cancellation requests.Important
